Usage

DC resistance measurement of windings is one of routine tests of transformers. Its main purpose is to check whether the connections or mechanical characteristics between windings, and leads are in good conditions, and whether the resistances between windings are balanced, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of transformers.

Imported chips and high-speed collectors are adopted for the series transformer DC resistance testers developed and produced by our company as the processing core, so as to control the whole machine, automatically complete the functions of self-calibration, constant current judgment, data processing, resistance value display, etc., and be able to measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and mutual inductors, greatly facilitating the use of operators.

Usage

DC resistance of transformer is a necessary test item in factory test, installation, overhaul change of tap switch, handover test and preventive test of power department in transformer manufacturing. It can check the welding quality of the winding joint and whether there is a winding short circuit between turns. It can also check whether the contact of each position of the electric voltage tap switch is good, whether the actual position of the tap switch is consistent with the indicated position, whether the lead wire is broken, and whether there is a broken strand of multiple conductors wound around. In order to meet the need of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, the 50A DC resistance tester developed by our company. The instrument adopts new power supply technology, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability and perfect protection function. The whole machine is controlled by high speed single chip microcomputer, with high degree of automation, automatic discharge and discharge alarm function.
